Some 600 ESSEC Alumni volunteers run more than 125 clubs and chapters around the world. Discover the new heads who have recently joined this vast community!
Professional clubs
Romain de la Ruë du Can (EXEC M22) has taken over from Bruno de Laigue (EXEC PROG 18) and Anne-Lise Dallut (EXEC M12) as head of the Defence & Economic Security Club. After almost 15 years with the French military and the Ministry for Defence, he is currently a project manager for Aysst Conseil.
Luca Rotoni (EXEC MBA 16) has taken over from Pierre Guimard (E93) as head of the Digital & Technology Club. Having held various IT positions at Whirlpool, Siemens, Accenture, Capgemini and Atos, followed by general management roles for the software providers Infor and Inetum, he currently divides his time between his role as Global Clients Executive Customer Success for Guidewire Software and consultancy tasks with his agency Sapientiae Consulting.

François Courtin (E10) has taken over from Pierre-Emmanuel Saint-Esprit (E16) as head of the Entrepreneurs’ Club. He began his career in video game marketing and production with Ubisoft and Gameloft, before moving to Hong Kong to work for DPC Asia, a strategic and management consultancy firm for the finance sector. He then co-founded the start-up KintoHub (acqui-hired by Cashapp) and became an active member of the local ESSEC Alumni chapter, which he presided for 2 years. He returned to France and is currently Head of Start-up Portfolios & Partnerships at The Field, the AFM ecosystem’s studio start-up (Auchan, Leroy Merlin, Décathlon, Boulanger, etc.).
Virginie Saks (E09) has taken over from Sophie Rosso (E08) as head of the Real Estate, Cities and Territories Club. Having worked in consulting with Deloitte, aerospace with Constellium and then training for elected representatives and engaged citizens, she currently assists start-ups, SME-SMI and mid-cap companies with their regional growth strategy (industrial set-up, local public orders, etc.). She is also an ambassador for State authorities and departments at Forces Françaises de l’Industrie, an industrial property expert for Collectif Startups Industrielles France, head of influence for CJD Paris, and lecturer on the Energy Transition Master programme at Pôle Léonard de Vinci.
Noémie Claret (E06) has taken over from Olivier Cantet (E87) as head of the Sport Business Club. She has spent her entire career in this sector, initially with Havas, where she rose to the position of Customer Services Director in Brazil, then sat on the bidding committee for Paris 2024 as Brand Manager, before joining the NPO Sport Dans la Ville as Communication & Heritage 2024 Manager. She was next appointed Managing Director of Global Sports Week, and is currently Director of EMEA Partnerships for the Olympic & Para-Olympic Games at Salesforce.

International chapters
Sabrina Bitton (BBA 02) has been appointed President of the Greece Chapter. She previously worked in the insurance sector in France, retail in Indonesia and digital services in Austria.
Thomas de Mallmann (BBA 03) has been appointed President of the Cape Town Chapter in South Africa. Following a stint with the audio-visual haulier Thomson Broadcast, he has spent the last ten years with the international removals company, AGS Movers, and is currently its Managing Director.
Astride Madevadasse (EXEC PROG 19) and Guragam Singh (E22) are the new co-presidents of the India in France Club. Astride is Chief Marketing Officer at Kpize IT, and has been working in this sector for 20 years. Guragam recently joined Dassault Systèmes as Market Analyst Architecture, Engineering & Construction.
Michaelangelo Zasy (M08) has been appointed President of the Madagascar Chapter. Following a stint at CBRE in Paris as Head of the Valuation & Research Department, followed by Head of Project & Development Services – Consulting for JLL in Morocco, he returned to Madagascar where he was successively Chief Operating Officer for the property firm Sim, co-founder of Ankarea Real Estate Advisory, and Deputy Minister for New Cities & Housing. He is currently Managing Director of Padparadja Architecture, Co-President of the Madagascar- Morocco Business Council and Vice President of the Malagasy Order of Architects (OAM).

Martin Folliasson (E20) has been appointed President of the Nigeria Chapter. He is an economic attaché in Abuja for the French General Directorate of the Treasury.
Cécile Moroni Engevik (E08) has been appointed President of the Norway Chapter. She moved to Oslo around 15 years ago, following her initial experience in consulting with KPMG, Bain & Company and Roland Berger. She began working with Carlsberg, rising to the position of Head of Customer Marketing, and was then made Head of Strategic Planning & Project Management at Nespresso Nordics, followed by Chief Executive Officer of Beth’s Beauty. She is currently a conference speaker in the areas of diversity, inclusion, inter-cultural management and female leadership, as well as a stand-up comedian.
Luc Callebat (E86) has taken over from Frédérique Letzelter (EXEC M03) as President of the Poland Chapter, where he will work alongside Anna Nocon (MBA 21). He has spent the majority of his career in the building materials sector, notably as Deputy Finance Director for Redland France, CEO of Lafarge Ciment Poland, and presently Executive President for Central & East Europe with the Irish group CRH. He is also the author of the book Entreprendre, donc servir (In French).
Maryam Mohammed (MBA 13) has been appointed President of the Qatar Chapter. Following a stint with PWC, she has spent the last 15 years with the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA), where she is currently Director of International Cooperation.
Arnaud Rubeck (EXEC MBA 20) has been appointed President of the Singapore Chapter. He has been living in Singapore for 10 years, and is currently at the helm of the fintech TripTax, which offers an innovative solution to obtain your tourist shopping tax refund within 100 seconds. Prior to this, he launched a bakery chain in China, managed regional operations for the multi-national Delifrance and steered the growth of the mobile telephone accessories giant The Kase (since acquired by Pixmania).
Hanen Feki (E02) has been appointed President of the Tunisia Chapter . Having previously worked for Ernst & Young and Natixis Private Equity, she has spent the last 15 years with the BIAT bank, where she is currently an advisor to the Managing Director, more specifically with regard to CSR and sustainable development.
Regional clubs
Emmanuel Mawet (EXEC PROG 14) is the new President of the Dauphiné & Pays de Savoie Club. He began his career in clinical research before moving into IT project management. Currently Project Manager with the consultancy firm Datechsys, he also provides his personal support to start-ups and runs the Effisyn website devoted to technological innovations and digital sovereignty.
