Following a number of months where it was impossible to meet up due to the pandemic, ESSEC alumni in China were finally able to get together at events held by the Beijing and Shanghai chapters this summer. Let’s take a look back at the event in pictures.
The Beijing Chapter invited network members out for after-work drinks on 23 July, in the cosy Place Coffee. 31 alumni took up the invitation.
A few days later the Shanghai Chapter, chaired by Matthieu David-Experton (E09), organised after-work drinks on the leafy terrace at Cotton’s, which was attended by 92 alumni.
In total, almost half of those attending were new students preparing to join ESSEC in the new academic year.
Tianhe Ji (E12), Xiaotong Wu (E17), Zhengning (Jennie) Wang (E17) and Zhuo Shi (E20) shared some tips based on their own experience at ESSEC.
It was a great way to build bridges between different generations in the ESSEC community!
