The AAIMHI board is  thrilled to announce the appointment of our IMHI Ambassador in India!

Beni Agrawal, a Graduate from ESSEC-IMHI Program in Partnership with Cornell University, has been heading GKHS since its inception in 2015. GKHS is a Hotel Consulting Firm offering a comprehensive scope of services and specialized industry expertise to help the hotel owners and investors to enhance their returns. GKHS, since its inception in February 2015, have delivered over 140 hotel development and branding assignments of varied nature such as – Financial Feasibility Studies, Hotel Brand Search, Contract Negotiation with Brands, Hotel Owner Advisory and Asset Management. Beni’s two core areas of interest are – 

i) Analyzing Business Potential of any hospitality concern; and 

ii) Review and Negotiation of all kinds of Hotel Agreements such as – Lease, RevenueShare, Management Contract, or Sale. 

Beni’s detailed knowledge of every aspect of hotel and brand development makes him one of the best in business. He has over 25 years of all-round hospitality experience. In his international career, he was associated with hotels such as – Hilton CDG Airport Paris, Frasers Suites Glasgow, Fraser Suites Paris, and InterContinental Dubai where he was part of managing hotel operations. His career in Hotel Development, Consulting, and Asset Management began after completing MBA from IMHI / Cornell University in 2006, with companies like – Sarovar Hotels India, HVS Hospitality Services, Cinnovation Group Singapore (now Fern Hotels and Resorts) and Berggruen Hotels which was a subsidiary of Berggruen Holdings.

An Alma mater of the prestigious Cornell University, ESSEC Business School, and Institute of Hotel Management, Beni has also completed his Masters in Valuation from The Indian Institution of Valuers. Complementing his keen interest in networking, he has managed the Alumni Network of ESSEC Cornell University (AAIMHI) in India since 2014 as India Regional Delegate, and currently has been re-deputed as IMHI Ambassador India. 

A regular speaker at hospitality forums, Beni’s personal passions include – holiday cooking, target shooting and networking among various business and social groups. Beni also has been a member of Emirates Flying School, Dubai where he was trained to fly single engine piper warrior aircrafts.

Our ambassadors, play a crucial role in promoting the IMHI program and ESSEC, fostering a sense of community among IMHI alumni and organizing gathering and events. Their dedication and enthusiasm will contribute significantly to the success and growth of IMHI and to promote our IMHI program internationally.
