Co-founded in Hong Kong by François Courtin (E11), Joseph Cooper and Ankush Gera, KintoHub empowers developers to build apps and websites faster by letting them code reusable features and APIs.
The team first aimed at building an “appstore for code”, then realized there was tremendous value in the underlying platform they had constructed around Kubernetes – a platform to run application containers, and the world's biggest open source project. So they went on to offer a PaaS (Platform as a Service) for companies, on any cloud or on premises. “KintoHub is a supercharger for Kubernetes, enabling your organization to build, update and scale faster – and at a lower cost – your web, mobile and native applications.”
Over 2,300 developers have played with the alpha version in just a few months. The team is now securing corporate clients and ramping up B2B sales, setting their sights on the fast-growing market of B2B SaaS tools for developers, in the wake of GitHub, Docker and Jfrog.
