ENTREPRENEUR MENTORING
The length of the mentorship is set by the
mentor-mentee pair, generally lasting from 6 months to one year..
Each pair establishes their own dynamic, keeping in mind that the mentee is responsible for arranging meetings (how often, what they discuss, etc.).
The mentor and mentee must be on the same page about how often they meet and for how long, and they must decide how they wish to be in contact.
For instance: Monthly meetings that last between an hour and an hour and a half.
