Last night, the AAIMHI board invited all IMHI alumni to our Annual Ordinary General Assembly to talk about our achievements in 2022 and our plans for 2023-2025. The Assembly was followed by our last Get together of the school year at the Hotel Opera Liege, thanks to the generosity of Maxime Letessier (IMHI 2019).

As a reminder, the board members are elected for a period of two years and we are proud to say that every board member remains engaged and continues this beautiful adventure for another two years after being re-elected by the alumni present.

The board members are Monika Moser (IMHI 2010, President),  Sebastien de Courtivron (IMHI 2002, Vice President), Celine Cotasson (IMHI 2003, Treasurer), Johanna Wagner (IMHI 2013, Secretary), Cyril Lanrezac (IMHI 1997), Alexandra Ogilvie (IMHI 1995), Axelle Rosius (1995), Antoine Sibieude (IMHI 2012), Jeremie Zeitoun (IMHI 2013). 

We are thrilled that Mathilde Amoric (IMHI 2023) has joined our board as our newest member, congratulations!

The alumni association remains focused on activities around our Leitmotiv: 

The Power of a community, The pillar of Hospitality, Giving back.

In 2022, we have reinforced our relationship with ESSEC and met regularly with the faculty and management. We are happy to be included in many decisions concerning the future of IMHI and look forward to a continued communication. 

Through events and panel discussions, we focused on strong relationships with other associations, such as Cornell Hotel Society, the ESSEC Travel club, etc – to build on a stronger hospitality network.

The Divers’IMHI fund has been created and our first scholarship generously donated by Ramsay Rankoussi (IMHI 2011) has been attributed to Isabella Alberti (IMHI 2024) from Venezuela. In 2023, we look into another amazing year of donations and will share more soon.

We have shared the information about the school, our new IMHI Ambassadors, the student Associations that are at your service IMHI Traiteur and Junior IMHI and the current renovation works at the ESSEC Campus in Cergy.

In Paris, New York, Dubai, Geneva and London, we have organized 18 events and gathered up to 93 alumni and students on the September Get together in Paris! We thank our international Ambassadors for their continuous support.

In 2022, the AAIMHI has sponsored Emerencie Ore (IMHI 2022) as she participated in behalf of IMHI to the equestrian race amongst French Universities “La Course des Grandes Ecoles” at the Hippodrome de Longchamp. 

We have many amazing things planned for the upcoming years and are thrilled to serve this active community. Stay in touch and update your profile on essec alumni to be sure you receive all information.
