The AAIMHI board is proud to introduce you to our new IMHI Executive Program Director, Manuel Heurteux (IMHI 2015)!

Manuel has been involved with the IMHI program since his graduation in 2015, as External Lecturer, Head of the F&B Concentration, jury of the admissions, board member in the Alumni association, tutor for apprentices and mentor for the students. He is deeply familiar with the program and passionate about contributing to its continued growth and success.

Manuel has in addition extensive experience in the hospitality industry as Restaurant General Manager for Disneyland Paris and Hotel General Manager for Elegancia Hotels. After 15 years of operational experience, he chose a second career path in Education.

Manuel gave lectures in Bachelor, Master and Executive Education programs in the hospitality industry throughout Europe, UK and Morocco. He was able to demonstrate a student-centered approach while teaching his various different topics related to the hospitality industry.

Having a strong entrepreneur mindset, Manuel launched ESFM two years ago, the first online private school for apprenticeship dedicated to cater the F&B industry in the context of digital evolution and climate change. 

Manuel will lead the MSc in Hospitality Management program (IMHI) in close collaboration with the Academic Director Michail Toanoglou and the entire ESSEC team. Both Michail and Manuel have tremendous ambition for the program on a national and international level and look forward to working closely with the IMHI alumni community.
