Pol Maire (E15), a double degree graduate of ESSEC-Central Paris, wants to revolutionize dining with Le Zeste, an online restaurant that delivers a chef's dishes in less than 20 minutes.
Every day, Mehdi Favri, who worked with Hyatt Hotels and chef Cyril Lignac, puts together elaborate dishes that clients order online and get delivered by bicycle in 15 minutes.
'Choosing food used to be stressful: the waiting time was too long, the menus were confusing and complex. We're turning that bad experience into an actual moment of pleasure.'
The company, which delivers several hundred orders every night, plans to increase its delivery area in 2016.
